CONTACT US - As we are a very small, but busy home based business we prefer contact to be made via email. We try and answer emails usually within 24-48 hours, however during busy times email replies are often delayed. Consultations are available by appointment only.
DEPOSITS & PAYMENTS - A 50% deposit is required to confirm your order. Orders will not commence until the deposit has been received. Deposits are non refundable. The balance of your order is required a week prior to delivery and 2 weeks for wedding cakes. If the balance is unpaid, the order can not be delivered.
CHANGES - Variations may be accepted, but please note that changes may incur an additional charge.
CANCELLATIONS - If you need to cancel your order within 7 days of collection/delivery date, please contact us to discuss.
DELIVERY - is offered on all orders and is suggested for larger cakes. The cost of delivery varies depending on the distance from Croydon, South Australia. Usually between $25 to $60.
Pick up is welcome at a pre-arranged time and address is supplied on booking via invoice.
To ensure quality, limited orders are taken - so to avoid disappointment ensure you book in early!
